Born in Uruguay, Captain Federico Biatturi left the family’s tradition of teachers to follow his passion for sailing.

In twenty years he has been on the helm of beautiful boats, more recently on Jongert Anamcara, Kokomo of London and now the Dubois ultramodern Zefira, launched in 2010. He crossed many times Atlantic, Pacific and Mediterranean, sailing through Alaska and Galapagos, Turkey and Fiji.

Extremely competent, responsible and reliable, he has been also racing in many regattas, as Porto Cervo Rolex Cup and Palma di Maiorca Maxi Racer.
